Student Autobiographies
Students spent a lot of work writing their autobiographies. At first they were stunned when I announced they would write four paragraphs, but they stuck with it over the course of three weeks to complete multiple drafts with peer editing. In the final stages we discussed the concept of "Audience" and they created new and catchy titles, hooks, as well as topic sentences for paragraphs about their childhood, present life, and future goals. I'm inspired by all of their amazing stories.
